At Jackson Guitars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your instrument, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all standard hardware and electronics. If your gear doesn't inspire your performance, we are here to help you find the perfect replacement or issue a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the guitar or accessory in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, hangtags, and protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the instrument's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
